Exercise 1 – Neck Movement

Looking after your spine is critical to ensuring you age better by avoiding arthritis and chronic pain which can be very debilitating and distressing.
 
With this in mind we’re decided to put together a selection of videos with exercises that focus on your spinal health.
 
In video #1 we focus on the upper neck area of the spine with some simple neck movements.
 
This will help increase blood flow to the area, bring nutrition to the area, lubricate the joint and reduce pain and stiffness.
