When it comes to recovering from lower back pain, it’s important to complete movement exercises to aid the healing process. Many exercises for lower back pain tend to concentrate solely on the lower back area only.

While this might give you temporary relief, it won’t work long term. Your lower back doesn’t work in isolation and so there are other areas you need to focus on in order to solve your low back pain.
