Recently we have noticed a trend of more women presenting with shoulder pain. Their pain is mostly located in the shoulder/upper back part of the body where the bra ends.
The pain can often be debilitating and cause a great deal of discomfort.
In this video, Dave demonstrates some simple exercises which can help reduce some of the pain and stiffness in this area. These exercises can be done anytime, anywhere. All you need is a bit of floor space.
