Eliminate Bra Band Pain With Three Simple Exercises

According to the World Health Organisation, 1 in 10 people in the USA suffer from chronic shoulder pain. In our clinic on a daily basis we are dealing with people with shoulder pain.

Recently we have noticed a trend of more women presenting with shoulder pain. Their pain is mostly located in the shoulder/upper back part where the bra band lies. This is why it’s often called Bra Band Pain.

Both men and women can suffer from pain in this area. The pain can often be debilitating and cause a great deal of discomfort.

In this video, Dave demonstrates some simple exercises which can help reduce some of the pain and stiffness in this area. These exercises can be done anytime, anywhere, all you need is a bit of floor space.
